With a legacy of music education that began in 2002 through face-to-face teaching in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, we bring over two decades of teaching excellence into the digital age. As technology continues to connect the world, SSM Online makes high-quality music education accessible beyond geographical boundaries.
SSM Online is not a traditional institute transitioning online—we are a 100% online music school, thoughtfully designed for today’s learners. For parents, this means structured, safe, and personalised learning guided by experienced educators. For students, it offers an engaging, interactive environment that builds musical skill, creativity, discipline, and confidence.
Our classes are conducted as live individual and group lessons on the Zoom platform, ensuring personal attention, regular progress tracking, and meaningful mentor–student interaction. We prepare students for Trinity College London Music Grade Examinations in Electronic Keyboard, Piano, and Acoustic Guitar. In addition, we provide complete coaching and examination preparation for Indian Classical Music programs of Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapeeth, Lucknow, as well as degree and diploma syllabi of leading music universities across India.

Founded by the husband–wife duo Rishi Kant Shukla and Richa Shukla, SSM Online is a global platform dedicated to delivering authentic Indian classical music education. Blending the timeless Guru–Shishya Parampara with modern teaching methodologies, we believe that while a teacher imparts knowledge, a Guru shapes artistry, discipline, and personality. Our Gurus go beyond technical training to mentor students into confident, well-rounded musicians, empowering them to carry India’s rich musical heritage onto the global stage.. We know that A teacher instructs, but a Guru constructs, So we have gurus with us who would construct a musician and strong personality in you.
Mrs. Richa Shukla is an accomplished Indian classical vocalist and an experienced music educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Hindustani Classical Vocal Music from Bhatkhande Deemed Music University (2008) and has qualified the UGC–NET. She has performed in numerous concerts and cultural events and has successfully prepared many students for recognized music examinations. In addition to her teaching and performance career, she runs a successful YouTube channel dedicated to Indian classical vocal music, reaching and inspiring learners worldwide.

Mr. Rishi Kant Shukla is a senior music educator and accomplished keyboard artist with over two decades of teaching and performance experience. He is a certified teacher from Trinity College London and has completed multiple graded examinations across various instruments under the Trinity framework. He holds the Sangeet Visharad degree in Indian Classical Vocal Music from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya. In recognition of his contribution to Indian classical music, he was awarded the Junior Fellowship by the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in 2018. His academic interests include the systematic transcription of Indian classical ragas into Western staff notation, contributing to cross-cultural music pedagogy and research.
